SAFETY FOR WORK AT HEIGHT

OBJECTIVES

• Acquire a broad knowledge of the techniques and materials that are used in Security to carry out work in confined spaces.
• Evaluate the existing risks in the workplace.
• Know and properly use the means of collective and individual protection in a confined space.

RECIPIENTS

Personnel that due to their professional activity is linked to work in confined spaces and their possible risks.

TEMPORALIZATION

• Duration of the training action: 8 theoretical-practical hours.
• Theoretical exposition: 3 hours.
• Practical realization: 5 hours

• Safety rules.
• Preventive action.
• Personal work team (EPI’S).
• Collective team
• Lifelines permanent. Vertical and horizontal.
• Installation Equipment for use of Provisional Life Lines: Vertical and horizontal.
• Access and Positioning Techniques in Height.
• Rescue devices
• Situations and action in case of emergency P.A.S.

PRACTICAL REALIZATION

• Realization of different types of knots.
• Use of EPI’S.
• Use of permanent lifelines available in the warehouse.
• Installation of provisional lifelines: Vertical, Horizontal with reduction of arrows.
• Use of anchor points: permanent and / or mobile.
• Techniques in height of: Auto insurance. Positioning
• Emergency simulation: P.A.S.
